Michelle L. Tilghman,
D.V.M., C.V.A., C.C.R.P.
Dr. Tilghman graduated from the University of Georgia
Veterinary School in 1982. She gained experience as a veterinarian in Georgia and
Texas before founding Loving Touch Animal Center in Stone Mountain,
Georgia in 1986.
She is on the faculty of IVAS and
is always in demand to teach around the world. (Go to the calendar link

Dr. Tilghman serves as an adjunct professor at Virginia-Maryland
Regional College of Veterinary Medicine.
Most importantly, Dr. Tilghman is the mother of two wonderful
daughters, Naia and Rosie, and wife to David. The Tilghman
family shares their home with several dogs and cats.
