Loving Touch Animal Clinic requires the following vaccinations to be current
 for your dog to Board or attend Day Camp:

For Adult Dogs

Distemper and Parvo - to have been administered within the last three (3) years.  Titers dated within one year will be accepted in lieu of Distemper and Parvo vaccinations if they are in writing from your veterinarian.

Rabies- must be current- must have been administered within the last one
 (1) year or three (3) years depending on the last dose given
 (i.e.- a one-year dose or three-year dose).

Bordetella- to have been administered within the last one (1) year.

For Puppies

Puppies must have received at least three (3) sets of Distemper and Parvo,
 and one (1) Bordetella vaccine.
